This might seem a little confusing, but it's simple. I'm against the radical pro-lifers who believe that murdering abortionists and bombing Planned Parenthood clinics are the way to show the pro-life message. If you're going to "spread" the pro-life message by taking lives, then you're no better than the pro-choicers that you're against.
Plus you kind of missed the whole "defending life" part of being "pro-life".
