Reply Without Reading - Glitch

DA was really glitching up on me for this to happen. Take a look at the icons to the right. Notice anything odd about one of them? (Spoiler: It's the golden note with the red arrow. XD)

As we all know, the red arrow indicates a reply has been sent. However, in order to reply to a note, you have to read it. How could I have replied to a note without even reading the initial note?!

Wow, DA, wow.

The reply I sent was received by the recipient, but, wow, this was a very weird glitch.
